TRX Training at Northlake Pilates is a technique-led programme designed to build functional strength, improve balance, overall fitness and resilience.
While TRX is often associated with short, high-intensity workouts, our approach is grounded in movement integrity, alignment and intelligent progression. Our classes offer detailed instruction and a calculated pace, allowing strength to be built with control.
Our approach to TRX Training
TRX harnesses the power of your own bodyweight and gravity resistance to deliver you a highly effective workout.
At Northlake Pilates, this method is used thoughtfully, with emphasis being placed on technique, control and individual capability.
Our TRX classes run for 45 minutes, providing the time to execute each exercise with clarity, improve strength progressively and maintain good form as fatigue increases.
This fun, functional and highly effective program offers a sustainable strength training session balanced in both intensity and integrity.
What to expect
Our TRX classes are taught in small groups of up to six participants, allowing the instructor to offer individual guidance and appropriate modifications and progressions.
Sessions are structured to ensure:

Options and progressions are offered to suit different abilities.
Technique and alignment are prioritised over speed or volume.
Strength is built progressively and intelligently.
