Studio Terms and Conditions
Cancellation/No show policy
CLASSES: 12 hour cancellation
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for cancellation of all group classes. We understand how life can be! You can cancel and reschedule as necessary up to 12 hours before your booking with no charge.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your booking, along with no-show and missed classes are charged in full.
PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS: 24 hour cancellation
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all private appointments. Same day cancellations, along with no show and missed appointments are charged in full.

Membership T+C's
Commitment:
6 month contract.
Classes are valid for 31 days + additional bonus days (see tiers).
Contract is set to auto-renew after 6 months (6 payments).
Cancellation available after 3 month minimum term, this can be done by contacting the studio directly with 30 days notice.
Allocated timeframes for suspending Membership:
The following three options are available if Members need to pause payments:
Holiday: 2 x 2 week pause (total 4 weeks, renews every 6 months)
Illness: 2 weeks pause (total 2 weeks, renews every 6 months)
Injury: 6 weeks pause (total 6 weeks, renews every 6 months)
Agreement Terms:
The following agreement is between “Deedy Studio Limited” trading as Northlake Pilates Studio and “the Client”, the individual attending classes at Northlake Pilates Studio located at 29/5 Northlake Drive, Wanaka 9305. By agreeing to the terms outlined in this agreement, “the Client” acknowledges the following:
Deedy Studio Limited trading as Northlake Pilates Studio will engage Ezidebit Pty Ltd to collect fees as stated in the contract name & description of this agreement.
Ezidebit Pty Ltd will charge the client payment processing fees in addition to the monthly membership fee. The transaction fees are: Credit Card transaction fee: 2.75% and Bank Account transaction fee: $1.15.
It is the Client’s responsibility to schedule their classes using Northlake Pilates Studio’s online booking system MindBody.
The studio’s scheduled class types, times, and instructors may vary from time to time and class capacity is limited. Booking in advance is encouraged.
Northlake Pilates Studio 12 hour cancellation policy applies. In the event of a late cancellation/no show, the Client’s class will be forfeited.
The monthly payment fee in this agreement will be routinely debited from the Client’s nominated bank account/credit card for the duration of the term, and continue until notification to stop is provided.
Northlake Pilates Studio allows members to change their pricing option if an alternative suits their situation better. This can be done by contacting the studio directly with 14 days notice.
It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure sufficient funds are in their nominated bank account/credit card to enable the monthly fees to be collected on the required date. The Client agrees that Deedy Studio will not be held responsible for fees charged to them by their financial institution in the event of insufficient funds. Please note Ezidebit Pty Ltd charge a dishonour fee for failed payments.
If the Client’s account becomes in arrears, the studio may refuse entry to classes, or cancel all pre-booked classes on the Client’s schedule until their account is rectified.
Privacy Policy
Deedy Studio Limited ta Northlake Pilates Studio collects personal information from you when you join our studio, by joining our studio you are trusting us with your information. We will only deal with your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and our privacy policy.
Your personal information includes your name, your contact details, relevant medical details you share with us about your health, your billing and/or purchase information, your attendance information and your comments, communications and interactions with the studio. We collect this information in order to identify your client account, ensure your safety and provide you and all customers with a positive experience at Northlake Pilates Studio.
You have the right to view and change any personal information we hold about you at any time. Please contact us in regards this, or any other questions you may have at info@northlakepilates.co.nz.
Refunds/Expiry
Deedy Studio Limited ta Northlake Pilates Studio does not process refunds on any individual sessions, class packs, monthly passes, concession cards or retail items purchased through the website or in-studio.
Pricing options can be transferred between services if the client's needs change, or gifted to friend/family member if a client is unable to use purchased classes/appointments.
Expired serviced cannot be extended. Please contact us at info@northlakepilates.co.nz if you are unsure about the expiry date of your purchased individual sessions, class packs, monthly passes or concession cards.
